"Just a small note to express my gratitude to your credit union. I hardly had any money, and had no credit and was homeless. You approved an auto loan for me that enabled me to buy a car and get to work. Whenever I visit your office, I'm greeted with smiles, and friendly hellos. You take the time to make me feel like family and those simple gestures along with your belief in me went a long way in helping me get back on my feet. I'm proof that The Episcopal Community Credit Union is a friend to the less privileged. Thank you."

"I can always count on cheerful service when I enter your branch. I was referred to your credit union by a program called 'Mamma's Hot Tamales Cafe and Food Industry Training Center'. While learning a trade, you helped me establish my credit with a loan, and checking account which I still maintain. You are the answer for low income individuals striving to make a better life for themselves. The giant financial institutions wouldn't give me the time of day. You stepped in and showed faith in me. The relationship you have with this community is priceless."

"My situation is similar to many people in this area. We are down but not out. You were willing to give me a loan, budget counseling and affordable financial services. To this day, I am in good financial standing, my credit score has increased, and I handle my finances much better. I want to say thank you. Many in this community still does not have access to financial institutions that meet our needs. I appreciate everything you do, not only for me, but for the community."
